I will be moving home - how can I transfer my Post Office services to my new address?

You can also request for a callback for a HomeMove through your Online Account
- You can order a HomeMove through your Online Account - a Post Office Advisor will call you back to ask you for details at a time that's convenient for yourself.
To make a request for a HomeMove -
- If you haven't yet logged into your Online Account -
Go to your Online Account, at http://www.pobroadband.co.uk
Enter your Username and Password
Click on Sign in, and your 'Welcome' screen is displayed.
- Under 'My help & support', click on Moving
In the box, enter some text to describe the HomeMove - for example, you could enter the date that you will be leaving your old property, or you could enter the date that you will be entering your new property and you could include its address.
Click on Next
- Click Next
The 'Moving Home?' screen is displayed
The screen displays your contact telephone number. If you want the Post Office to contact you on a different telephone number in regard to this matter, then you can change it to one that's more convenient
The screen displays an 'Appointment Time' box. You can select an appointment time to one that's convenient for you to receive a phone call from the Post Office in regard to this matter - a morning, an afternoon, or an evening. Click on the down-arrow, and then click on Morning, Afternoon, or Evening
The screen displays your Contact Telephone Number and Appointment Time. Click Go back to My home
If you have a Post Office Broadband service that you would like to be 'moved' to your new address, it can take up to ten working days for the service to be activated from the time the order is placed.
Don't forget to take your Router and all filters with you when you move, as you'll need to continue to use these at your new address.

If I move home, can I keep my existing phone number?
In most cases, you can keep your existing phone number if you are moving to a new home that's within the same local area as the house you're moving from. Sometimes, it isn't technically possible to keep the number you have. We'll let you know before you go ahead.

You can call our Customer Care Line on 0345 600 3210. Lines are open from 8am - 8pm on Mon - Sat and 9am-6pm on Sun. Calls are free when made from an active Post Office HomePhone line. Calls made through other service providers are charged at their standard rates. Calls may be recorded, monitored and used for training and compliance purposes.
