How do I contact the Post Office?

If you're having a connection problem, then depending on its severity, it  may be possible to log into your Post Office Online Account, at http://www.pobroadband.co.uk and raise a Problem Ticket.

Calls are free when made from an active Post Office HomePhone line. Calls from other service providers are charged at their standard rates.
